Updated Rates and Hours Effective November 1st
A quick scheduling and pricing update can make planning easier, especially as calendars fill up. Beginning November 1st, my rates and regular business hours will be changing.
The two key updates are simple:
Rates will increase by 7%
Regular hours will be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8am to 6pm
Thank you for your continued support, trust, and flexibility. I’m sharing these changes in advance so you have time to plan appointments, ask questions, and adjust your schedule if needed.

What is changing on November 1st
Effective November 1st, all services will reflect a 7% rate increase. This adjustment applies to appointments scheduled on or after that date.
The updated hours will also begin on November 1st:
Day | Hours |
Thursday | 8am to 6pm |
Friday | 8am to 6pm |
Saturday | 8am to 6pm |
These will be the regular appointment days moving forward. Sunday is my only day off. The goal is to keep scheduling clear and consistent while making sure each appointment gets the time, care, and attention it deserves. If you usually book outside of these days, please keep the new schedule in mind when planning future visits.
Why rates are increasing
Rate changes are never made lightly. The 7% increase helps account for the rising costs that come with continuing to provide reliable, high-quality service. Even with the increase, Furever Family is STILL less expensive than the leading mobile dog grooming van.
Behind every appointment, there are ongoing expenses that help keep the experience smooth and professional. These can include supplies, tools, training, preparation time, cleaning, upkeep, scheduling, and the time needed to give each client proper care from start to finish.
This increase helps support:
Consistent service quality
Appropriate appointment time
Better planning and availability
Continued care and attention to detail
The long-term sustainability of the business
A small rate adjustment helps maintain the level of service clients have come to expect without cutting corners or rushing appointments.

What the new hours mean for scheduling
The new schedule will focus appointments on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8am to 6pm. This creates a more predictable weekly rhythm and makes it easier to manage appointment times with care. No more late night appointments. No more waiting.
For many clients, Thursday through Saturday offers a helpful range of options. Thursday and Friday can work well for weekday availability, while Saturday gives an option for those who need time outside the traditional workweek.
The 8am to 6pm window also allows for both morning and later-day appointments. If you prefer a specific time of day, booking ahead is the best way to get the slot that works best for you.
To make scheduling easier, please keep these tips in mind:
Book early if you need a specific time
Plan ahead for appointments near holidays or busy seasons
Reach out if you have questions about an appointment already on the calendar
Allow extra notice if your schedule is limited
These changes are meant to make the calendar easier to manage while keeping appointments dependable and unrushed.
How this affects existing and future appointments
Appointments taking place before November 1st will follow the current schedule and current rates.
Appointments on or after November 1st will follow the updated hours and the new pricing. If you already have something scheduled during the transition, and you are unsure how the change applies, please ask before your appointment.
The main thing to know is that the update is designed to be straightforward. There is no complicated change to remember. Starting November 1st, the new rate and hour structure begins.

A note of thanks
Changes like these matter, and I understand that pricing and scheduling affect how clients plan their time and budget. I appreciate every person who continues to book, refer, return, and support my work.
Your trust means a great deal. It allows me to keep improving, keep showing up prepared, and keep offering the level of service that clients value.
The goal is to make this transition as clear and simple as possible. Sharing the update now gives everyone time to plan ahead before November 1st arrives.
